This section is for in-universe media. That means books, news articles, announcements, laws, proclamations, blogs, and anything else that someone in your empire might write can go here. Want to write that little red notebook that holds the saying of your legendary founder? That would go here, as would a special edition of the evening news. This is a good place to add flavor and depth to your empires by showing some of their works from their own perspective.
Contributing to the Media archives is entirely Optional. If it's too might work and you'd rather not bother, don't. Similarly, the entries here are Out of Empire (Out of Character). Your empire will not know about the works here unless they are in a position to receive them. For example, your empire will not know what the news in another empire is unless they trade with one another, and thus get the channel.
